Request a specific activity, date range, or themed event for your residents.

Secure Pre-Visit Intake

Before we arrive, send us the information we need to keep every resident safe. This form is private — submissions go directly to our team, never displayed on the site.

Facility FAQ

Quick answers to what activity directors ask us most.

Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes. We arrive with every supply we need — sound system, cards, daubers, crafts, prizes. Your staff never has to shop or prep for our visit.
Do you provide food or snacks?
Sometimes, depending on the event and your facility's policy. When we do, we cross-check against the dietary restriction form before bringing anything in.
How far in advance should we book?
Ideally 2–4 weeks out. We can sometimes fit shorter-notice visits depending on our calendar.
Can family members and volunteers attend?
Yes, with facility approval. Volunteers must sign our Volunteer Agreement and Confidentiality Acknowledgment beforehand.
How are photos handled?
We only photograph residents with facility-confirmed consent. If a resident's photo permission is unknown or denied, we do not photograph them — no exceptions.
